Come party with HealthWorks!

HealthWorks! offers a variety of party options for your needs. All parties come with the following basic amenities:

  • Includes 30 guests, each additional guest is $5
  • Access to our party room for 1 hour (party room and kitchen)
  • Tables and chairs (up to 40 people)
  • A Health Educator led show
  • Exclusive showing of our Mouth Movie
  • Play time on the exhibit floor

Basic Party Package- $150

(+ $150 rental fee on Sundays)

  • Choose a Health Educator led show from the following options:
    • Move It!, Bozo’s Big Bowel Movement, Super Scrubbers
      • See our program guide here for a description of each
  • Bring your own food, drinks, decorations, tablecloths, utensils, plates, cups, goodie bags and presents
    • Please no balloons or confetti

Themed Party Package- $200

(+ $150 rental fee on Sundays)

Includes everything from the Basic Party Package plus:

  • A themed Health Educator led show
  • HW! themed decorations including including tablecloths, utensils, plates and cups
  • An exclusive party themed activity
  • Special gift for the HealthWorks! Guest of Honor

Sunday Birthday Party Times:

Sundays are currently by reservation only and include an extra $150 rental fee.

  • 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

*May arrive 30 minutes prior for set up

For all reservations, we do require a signed contract and $50 deposit in order to hold your date. Deposits are subtracted from your order total and are non-refundable without at least 30 days notice, prior to your reservation date.

HealthWorks! also offers goodie bags for everyone at the party to enjoy!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Deposits are non-refundable without at least 30 days notice prior to your reservation date. However, your deposit can be used towards a rescheduled party at a later date.

How is the party room set up?

  • The party room includes 4, 6ft round tables that each sit 8 chairs. Additional chairs can be added for a maximum of 40 seats. 90 inch round tablecloths are recommended for these tables.
  • We also include 1 standard sized rectangular table that can be used for decorations and presents.
  • This room also includes counter space and a small sink. Kitchen access is available if necessary.

Will other people in the museum be a part of my party?

  • Only during your time on the exhibit floor and your program. Other museum patrons will not be allowed in the party room with you or in your Mouth Movie, unless otherwise indicated.

What if more people show up than I was expecting?

  • All parties include 30 guests in their total. For every guest over this 30, $5 will be added. Guests will be tallied by our HealthWorks! front desk member, and you will be responsible for paying that amount in full at the end of the party. The maximum capacity for the party room is 40 people, though guests can spill over onto the museum floor.
  • For every party, we plan for 30 guests. If you know that your party will be larger than this, please give us advance notice so we may make the proper accommodations.
